Strafford

Strafford-Kibling Hill-Strafford Loop. 14 miles, very
demanding. Long, steep hills. Hybrid Bike.

A real workout for a ride of only 14 miles, this ascent passes
through various anterooms of paradise before closing with a
600-ft. climb to Kibling Hill. From there, a hilltop beckons.

1. Brook Rd., a walking hill. Paved to Rock Bottom Rd.

2. Vista best seen in early morning light. Robinson Farm in
same family since 1700s.

3. Shaded climbs through the centuries.

4. Potash Rd., Tunbridge 2.3 miles. Turkey flocks frequent
these woods.

5. Ancient carriage track leads steeply uphill from small
parking area. Follow it on foot.
